Under a cloak of secrecy for over 2 years to prevent “pretenders” from copying our creative and innovative solutions, we officially launched our new retail concept code-named “CANAAN 2.0” in 2007.
The launch was when we opened our brand new 650 square foot Canaan Transport Retail Store in the heart of downtown Vancouver. By locating 3 blocks from the world famous Robson Street, we positioned ourselves to enable the masses of consumers who need shipping and business solutions.

While one can argue that our stores resemble “The UPS Store” or “FEDEX KINKO’S” stores, we are so much more.
Yes, we offer their services, but we do not feel that they are well versed in providing additional services such as freight forwarding and customs clearance. Therefore, we decided to take the concept of retail business services into reality.
By anchoring our store inside a nucleus of condominium projects and strategically beside a Starbucks retail store, the visibility of our downtown location brings instant recognition.
